Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of the shipment in its original condition. Items returned within 30 days must be in the original packaging and not have been worn or damaged.
To ensure proper handling of your return, please call our customer service center at 1-888-932-7624 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). We cannot guarantee proper handling of your return if a Return Authorization number is not obtained.

Payment Options
All orders are placed in the US are payable in U.S. dollars. No C.O.D. Corporate orders can be paid for via credit card, purchase order and p/e-cards. Dealer / Distributor orders can be paid for via credit card and authorized co-op funds.

Purchase Orders (Corporate Orders Only)
Orders placed using a purchase order must contain the PO# and should be accompanied by a faxed or emailed copy of the PO. If you are faxing or mailing the PO only to confirm, please mark your PO as "confirming PO" so we do not duplicate your order.
For orders placed using a blanket purchase order, please type the word "BLANKET" in front of the PO# and fax or e-mail a copy to Client Services the first time the blanket purchase order is used. Subsequent orders placed against the same blanket PO do not need to be accompanied by another hard copy, but must still contain the word "BLANKET" in front of the PO# for reference.

International Orders
Bosch Rexroth Gear can be shipped to any country in our country code list. International shipments will be shipped as complete orders only, unless requested in writing (meaning that if any item is on backorder, we will delay the entire shipment until all merchandise is available). All requests for international shipments should include the recipient country, all area codes and phone numbers.
All payments for international orders must be made in U.S. dollars. All required charges for duties, tariffs, and taxes are additional and will be charged to Bosch Rexroth Gear third party billing.
International orders are shipped via DHL or Federal Express International unless otherwise specified. BDA will invoice your international freight charges at the carrier’s published rates
If you wish to use an alternate carrier, please provide us with the company name, your account number with the carrier, a contact name, and a phone number for the carrier in the United States.
Rush service is not available for international orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Customs restrictions may apply to some products. Customer will be responsible for any duty and tax charges.

Sales Tax
Some states require that we collect tax on your purchase amount. Orders shipped to the following states are subject to sales tax: DC, IL, IN, MD, MI, NY, SC, TN and TX. Should state tax rates or laws change, we are required to collect the tax in effect on the date of your order.
Gift Certificates
Bosch Rexroth Gear gift certificates are available for purchase in denominations of $25 and $100. Certificates must be mailed in for redemption, copies and faxes are not accepted. You can also call client services to place your order and then mail in the certificates. The order will be held and then shipped when the certificates are received. Additional terms and conditions are printed on the back each certificate.
Shipping Inside Continental U.S.
BDA will ship all in-stock orders within 5 business days after we receive your order. All in-stock orders are shipped FOB Madison Heights, Michigan. All orders must include complete shipping information.
Recipient Name, Complete address, Telephone number, Fax number and Preferred shipping method.
Unless otherwise specified, your order will ship via UPS Ground service. All regular and expedited freight charges will be added to your invoice or charged to your credit card. Expedited and same day shipment requests must be received before 2:00 p.m. (EST). Airfreight services will be invoiced to you separately.
Recipient Account Numbers: In an effort to promote cost savings, you can elect to ship your order on a Bosch UPS account number. Simply select one of the Recipient Account options at the checkout, and enter your account number in the field as shown. The carrier will bill that account number at Bosch's rates rather than BDA billing the amount on the freight chart. Please call client services if you have any questions about this process.
You will receive an Automatic Shipment Notification (ASN) from BDA when you order in-stock merchandise if your package is shipped via UPS or Federal Express and yor provide us with your email address. This notification is generated within a few hours of your package shipping. This notification contains a description of your order and a link for you to be able to track your shipment.
Orders shipping directly from the factory (drop ship) will use the most cost-effective method, unless otherwise specified.

Rush Service/Next-Day or Two-Day Delivery
Same day rush service is available. Please call Client Services to confirm your rush request by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to ensure that your package will ship on the same day. Additional charges may apply.

Order Acknowledgements
Online shoppers will receive an email acknowledgement from the Bosch Rexroth Gear Merchandise Digital Catalog immediately after order is placed. This email acknowledgement does not include sales tax.

Lead Time
In-stock merchandise normally ships within 2 business days of your order being received. Please allow applicable time for delivery based on ship method from BDA. Non-stock catalog items normally ship within 3-5 weeks but shipping times can vary by item.

By "secure," we mean that the Digital Catalog uses the SSL protocol. Our web servers are capable of delivering 128-bit encryption. However, your browser ultimately determines the exact level of encryption, not by the server. For example, if your browser is capable of communicating using 128 bits, the server will use 128-bit encryption. If your browser is only able to communicate using 40-bit encryption, then the server will use 40-bit encryption.
